Today, Restaurateurs find it difficult to place orders and ensure delivery of goods for the very next day due to unorganised mode of communication. With iRelish, Restaurateurs can place orders online and track it’s progress.

How do I find my current suppliers on iRelish
When you join iRelish, you will be able to search and/or add your existing suppliers list onto the app. If we don’t already have your suppliers on board, your orders will be emailed to them.
Will I be able to track my order
Yes. Soon as you receive approval from your supplier, you will be able to view exactly where your order is along with its estimated time of arrival
Are product prices listed publicly
No. The prices quoted by suppliers are visible to only those clients in connection with the suppliers. The way iRelish works is when you find a supplier of your choice on the app, your request is sent to the supplier. Only after approval can the catalogue prices be seen.
Does iRelish process payments?
No. Our main focus is in enabling better communication between the suppliers and restaurants. Eventually we may look into this.
I don't have any suppliers on board. How do I begin
Joining iRelish is the first step. This is a platform that will enable you to explore through a multitude of suppliers. Once you find suppliers that pertain to your requirements you can send them a request to form connection. On approval of the request, you can begin placing orders with them.
Will I be able to customise prices for some of my clients
Yes, all your dealings with your clients are confidential. So you will be able to offer the prices you have always been offering which may differ from the quoted price on the catalogue.
I am running short on supplies after confirming the order of my client. What do I do?
No worries. iRelish lets you feed in the quantity of supplies available. So if you are running short on supplies, your client will be notified of the same. If you don’t receive a response from your client, you will be able to message them about their order in real time. This way any confusion or future disappointments can be avoided.
