What we collect
The enquiry form asks for your role, name, a contact method, project type, state, city, and any optional project detail you choose to provide.
Why we use it
We use this information only to assess the enquiry, respond to you, prepare an appropriate next step, and maintain a record of that conversation.
Retention
If an enquiry does not proceed, we aim to delete or anonymise it within 90 days after the conversation closes. If work proceeds, relevant records may be retained for contractual, warranty, accounting, and legal obligations.
Sharing and consent
We do not sell enquiry data. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the enquiry channel, or with project specialists when you have agreed that it is necessary.
Access or deletion
You may ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your enquiry information. Use the enquiry form, choose General Enquiry, and state that your request concerns privacy.
