Building Living Systems for the Future
iRelish was founded on a simple belief: a home should do more than provide shelter. It should improve wellbeing, work in harmony with nature, and evolve with the people who live within it.
Our journey began by challenging the way homes have traditionally been built. While modern construction has focused on stronger materials, larger spaces, and smarter appliances, the building itself has remained largely unchanged. We believed the future of housing lay not in adding more technology, but in rethinking the home from its very foundation.
Inspired by the thermal performance of traditional architecture, we explored how buildings could naturally remain cooler while reducing dependence on mechanical cooling. This led to the development of innovative cooling construction systems and redesigned wall claddings that improve thermal efficiency, lower energy consumption, and create healthier indoor environments. Rather than treating sustainability as an add-on, we built it into the structure itself.
This philosophy became the foundation of Anvaya Homes.
Every Anvaya home is designed as an integrated ecosystem where architecture, engineering, landscape, and interiors work together. Embedded utility pathways and future-ready infrastructure are planned during construction, ensuring every home is prepared for evolving technologies without costly retrofits. The result is a home that is not only sustainable today but ready for the future.
