Anvaya Homes are designed as integrated living systems rather than standalone buildings. Each project coordinates construction, cooling and climate strategies, purposeful landscape, biophilic interiors, and future-ready infrastructure around one brief.

NERVV is the autonomous living system being developed for Anvaya homes. It is intended to coordinate agreed air-quality, water, environmental, safety, periphery-awareness, and wellbeing use cases while keeping the resident in control.

Every Anvaya Home can be scoped NERVV-ready, with agreed conduits, utility pathways, power, and network provisions incorporated during construction. NERVV is planned for 2027 and would be commissioned separately when available.

The design can combine cooling wall systems, appropriate materials, shade, passive ventilation, orientation, and climate-conscious planning to reduce unwanted heat gain. The exact assembly and performance targets are established for each site.

Landscape is planned as infrastructure as well as experience. Planting, shade, water movement, biodiversity, pollinator support, access, and maintenance are considered with the building rather than added after it.

Biophilic interiors strengthen the relationship between people and nature through living plants, natural materials, daylight, air movement, and calm spatial transitions. The response is specific to the home rather than a fixed aesthetic package.

They are designed around lower operational demand through climate-responsive planning, passive strategies, daylight, and coordinated building systems. Any numeric target or certification is defined and verified as part of the individual project brief.

That is the purpose of NERVV-ready infrastructure. Agreed pathways can make later additions less disruptive, although compatibility, access, power, network quality, and the condition of installed equipment still need to be assessed.

Yes. Construction, interiors, landscaping, and Nervv can be scoped independently. The proposal records interfaces with your architect, consultants, contractors, and suppliers so responsibility is not implied or duplicated.

We do not publish a universal cost-per-square-foot because site conditions, structure, finishes, services, procurement, and responsibility vary materially. After discovery, we define the information needed for an initial range, then progressively replace allowances with documented selections and quotations.

The programme depends on location, approvals, design maturity, procurement route, and scope. An early programme identifies decision gates and assumptions; a committed delivery programme follows once scope and dependencies are sufficiently defined.

The appointment states which approvals and submissions iRelish coordinates and which require the client, architect of record, local consultant, or specialist. Authority fees and third-party timelines are identified separately.

Ownership and permitted use are defined in the appointment. Clients receive the agreed drawings, schedules, records, and handover information; third-party software, products, and consultant work may carry their own licences.

Warranty terms depend on the selected products, appointed contractors, and iRelish scope. At handover, applicable manufacturer and contractor warranties are documented alongside exclusions, maintenance requirements, and reporting routes.

The project scope can include a defined defects period, seasonal reviews, Nervv support, landscape establishment, and planned maintenance. Ongoing services are agreed separately where they extend beyond the original appointment.

Potentially. Interiors, landscape interventions, extensions, and Nervv retrofits begin with an assessment of structure, access, services, moisture, power, connectivity, and the value of the proposed change.

Only the signals needed for agreed use cases should be configured. The system design identifies local and cloud processing, user access, retention, remote support, and deletion. Cameras and voice systems are not assumed.

Critical behaviour and safe manual operation are considered during system design. The exact offline capability depends on the selected equipment and integrations, and is documented during commissioning.
